These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Matrix Solutions. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

Matrix Solutions provides professional engineering consultancy services including design, technical review, project management, and construction supervision. All services are delivered in accordance with applicable industry standards, statutory regulations, and agreed contractual terms.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client shall provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the execution of the project. Matrix Solutions shall not be held responsible for any delay, error, or additional cost resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data supplied by the Client.

3. Professional Standards

All services shall be performed with reasonable skill, care, and diligence consistent with recognized engineering practices and professional standards applicable in Pakistan.

4. Fees and Payments

Professional fees shall be agreed upon prior to commencement of work. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services until outstanding dues are cleared.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All drawings, reports, specifications, BIM models, calculations, and related documents prepared by Matrix Solutions remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Matrix Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the agreed professional fee for the specific project.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary, technical, and financial information shared during the course of the project unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Force Majeure

Matrix Solutions shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, or unforeseen site conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

10. Amendments

Matrix Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement of services shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
